I know about a place

Using the iconic song “Sé de un lugar”, by Triana, we wanted to pay homage to the real home cooking of this country and to all the young cooks who keep it alive. And we did it for real. Travelling the length of the country, exploring its varied corners and showing just how well we eat in Spain. From Cabo de Peñas to Cabo de Gato. From Portbou to Sanlúcar. A definitive ode to our culinary culture, that not only exists in bars and restaurants, but in the real homes of the people of this country.
